Not your average barre instructor! Cecilie is an ACE Certified Personal Trainer with multiple certifications in barre, TRX, and 305 Fitness. She is most passionate about fitness at every level. In addition to online classes, Cecilie teaches barre and strength training classes at a local studio in Southern Maryland.
Chase Willman, former ballet dancer and Flywheel instructor, developed her own fitness platform combining her love of teaching and performing. Chase’s barre-inspired, low-low-impact/high intensity classes are designed to lengthen, strengthen & sculpt your entire body. Chase brings her infectious energy and a positive attitude to everything that she does and will have you laughing and smiling throughout class.
Christie Horan, founder of Miss Christie Girl, is a dancer, choreographer, and fitness instructor, as well as a previous Flywheel instructor. The MCG method includes a mix of sculpt, stretch, and dance formats that are driven by upbeat music and core-focused sequences. Christie developed her coaching style from dancing in the NBA for 6 years and leading group fitness classes in Washington, DC for 5 years. She channels her cheerleader energy to hype you up and celebrate what your body can do for you.
District Fitness, founded by Aly and Meg, is a Canadian virtual fitness platform that combines weighted strength and challenging cardio to offer unique virtual HIIT classes for individuals of all fitness levels. Aly and Meg are former Barre Belle instructors who wanted to provide clients with a wide variety of workout types and lengths (high and low impact) with fun, creative movement to great playlists.
Emily Rapley is the founder of Body by Rapley, helping you to connect to your body and mind through movement.
Erika Carter, founder of Erika Carter Fitness, has been in the fitness industry for 16+ years. Along with being a certified personal trainer, she also teaches cycling and is a group fitness instructor. Her specialty is barre instruction, with 7+ years of teaching its various formats.
Grace Freyre is a NYC fitness instructor, teaching classes at The Well and Core Barre Fit.
Hannah is the creator of Home Body by Hannah and is also an instructor at Equinox. Hannah’s goal is to offer creative, effective workouts to challenge and invigorate and coach you through each one with encouragement, humor and passion.
Hillary, founder of Sculpted by Hillary, is a certified Yoga Instructor, followed by a Barre Certification and previous instructor at FlyBarre. The fusion of both practices is her Barre Blend Class which is a core focused, body burning, super fun and will change the way you look and feel.
