Montana Globerman is the founder of The Montana Method, a method which uses music and movement to connect the world through fitness. The signature class is designed to work for your whole entire body. The low impact and high intensity structure of this class strengthens and tones every muscle with it all stemming from your core. A warmup, then dance cardio (fun for every level!), arms with weights sequence and wrapping it up on our mat for our leg and glutes series that defines all of those beautiful muscles in our bodies.

The teachers are highly trained, have 10+ years of teaching experience, and have guided hundreds of women through their fitness journeys. Natalie White
Natalie White is a British fitness instructor, dancer, and celebrity trainer living in LA. Her workout classes are fast paced, high energy and a lot of fun. She loves to bring her dance passion into class. Don’t be fooled by her small stature, these classes are tough but Natalie will cater the class to suit your level. Natalie grew up dancing, and at the age of eighteen, received a 3-year scholarship to professionally train at The Centre Performing Arts College in London. Natalie has danced and choreographed at Radio City Music hall, the Greek theatre, The Roundhouse London, to name a few. She has also danced for Disney Cruises, Masters of Illusion, Honey Taps, LA Follies, Barbera Brooks, Mystic India The World Tour, Bolldoll, JoyaKazi, Cyclum, La Vie Noir, The Dollface Dames, Pinups on Tour and LA City Ballet.
