Created by Hilary Hoffman, the SOTO Method removes uncertainty from your workout so you can build physical and mental strength as efficiently as possible. The SOTO Method is a mix of cardio and sculpting movements designed to deliver a full-body workout through a clear roadmap that eliminates uncertainty and maximizes your time. SOTO means Sixty On Ten On. Every section of class begins with a sixty second isometric hold followed by ten exercises for twenty seconds each for a total working time of four minutes and twenty seconds per block. Each class stacks blocks on top of each other to deliver a full body workout for all levels in 45 minutes or less.

Jackie is certified in classical Pilates, though she brings her own modern flair and technique from her dancing background.
